Fitness and a healthy lifestyle have always been my passions, but the path hasn't been easy. Over the years, I've encountered immense physical and emotional hurdles, including miscarriages, two C-sections, and the profound experience of postpartum depression—twice in less than two years. More recently, a severe car accident left me with 16 broken bones and metal implants, testing my strength and resolve in unimaginable ways.
Through all these trials, I've learned the true meaning of resilience and healing. Balancing single parenting with my fitness goals and injuries has taught me that progress isn't always linear. It's okay to have setbacks, indulge in comfort foods, and take breaks when needed. What matters most is the commitment to get back up and keep moving forward.
My story is one of perseverance and growth. From navigating mental health struggles to finding new ways to stay fit, I've come to understand that healing is a continuous process. And while I may still be working on those elusive abs, I've achieved something far greater—strength, both inside and out.
