Ok, I’m not going to lie, I almost skipped todays workout. I made the mistake of waiting until 6:30PM to fit it in. By then I was exhausted from a long day, so I honestly didn’t give it my all. But I still did it, and that’s better than nothing! Today was Cardio, so it was a tough one for me. I mostly did the modifications and took a few extra breaks. I really think I would have done better if I would have done it earlier in the day when I had more energy.
Also, I didn’t eat much today. Now, at 7PM, I have to go stuff my face with most of the containers. I still have 3 red, 2 green, 1 blue, and 2 purples left for the day! Did I mention it’s 7PM?! Yeah, it’s not my proudest moment- but I’m definitely proud of still getting it done. My meals are basically the exact same thing I had on Day 4 because I had leftovers and wanted to get through those before cooking again.
