Nachos have always been a favorite of mine, so I was definitely heartbroken when I had to give up tortilla chips. Luckily, though, there are alternatives!
Growing up as a latina, my parents always had pork rinds in the house. It was a favorite snack for both of them and they became a favorite of mine as well.
When I realized that they don’t have any carbs but have a ton of fat, I was ecstatic! They are a keto girls dream!

They are crunchy and savory, so they make a great replacement for chips. And if you load them with cheese and ground beef you have your own walking taco (is that a Chicago thing or an everywhere thing?!)
Here’s the thing, though… if you put them in the oven, it ruins the crunch and gives them a really weird consistency. So, I don’t recommend broiling them with cheese. Especially if you plan to reheat them at all!

Best Keto Nacho Ingredients
- 1 bag Pork Rinds
- 1cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup sliced Black Olives
- 1 avocado or 4 tbsp guacamole
- 4tbsp Sour Cream
- Taco seasoning to taste
Best Keto Nachos Directions

Cook your ground beef with taco seasoning.

Once ground beef is done, drain and top with cheddar cheese while hot so it can help over it.

Spread pork rinds in a single layer. Layer remaining ingredients as you please.

Ingredients
- 1 bag pork rinds
- taco seasoning to taste
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
