Pizza! Need I say more? These keto pizza eggs are legit my favorite keto breakfast recipe and it’s super filling. As a matter of fact, I bet this will be your new favorite ketogenic breakfast recipe! It’s my favorite thing to eat after not eating for 16 hours! (I do intermittent fasting)
I live in Chicago, and our pizzas are the best around. So giving pizza up when I started keto was prettyyyyyy hard. It’s easily the thing I craved the most. I don’t just eat these for breakfast, they also make a great brunch or lunch meal… or even a late snack.
This pizza egg bake, though, is amazing and insanely satisfying. Plus, it only has 4.5g of carbs and packs 31g of fat! This recipe is not only delicious but it’ll help you hit your keto goals. If you’re wondering about protein, it has 28 grams.
You can also add more fat and calories to it by adding some butter to the top before baking it. In my pics I added a garlic herb butter, so that’s what you see on top. This is optional, though.

Keto Pizza Eggs Ingredients:
- 2tbsp tomato sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup mozzarella
- Italian seasoning to taste
- 5 slices of pepperoni
Keto Pizza Eggs Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Layer tomato sauce, eggs, italian seasoning, mozzarella and pepperonis in a small baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes
