Whether you prefer to run outdoors or on the treadmill, there’s one thing we can all agree on: there is nothing more annoying than wires tangling on your arms or slapping your chest in the middle of a run. Oh, and when your arm crosses with the wires and disconnects it from your phone… UGH!
Little things like this can really throw off your run because not only does it interrupt your music vibe, but now you have to stop your run to fix the issue… and then start over!
As you know, once you have your groove you don’t want to stop.
So how do you fix this? Listening to something, whether music or a podcast, is what keeps most runners going and helps them zone out… so getting rid of headphones completely is not an option at all.
Best Headphones for Runners
What you need are TRUE wireless headphones. Meaning no wires at all! That’s why I like the new JLab JBuds Air Sport headphones.
They have absolutely no wires (they connect via bluetooth), but still last a good six hours. I can personally get a full week of runs out of them before I have to charge them again, which is perfect.
They are also sweat resistant so you don’t have to worry about ruining them with moisture.
But, my favorite part about them, is the way they wrap around your ear. Because they hook on to your ear, you don’t have to worry about them falling off while you run! They stay put the entire time, no matter how much you sweat or how fast you run.
They are also super affordable with great sound, which is another plus.
Oh, and they come with a super sturdy, hard carrying case that you can easily throw in your gym bag with no worries.
If you are a runner looking for the perfect, affordable pair of headphones- these are them!
Xoxo,
