Best Egg Roll In A Bowl Recipe


Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground turkey until done and remove from pan, leaving the fat

  2. Add onions and garlic to the pan and sauté until nearly cooked through

  3. Add the cabbage and shredded carrots (or coleslaw mix) and continue to cook about 15 minutes

  4. Mix in cooked ground turkey

  5. Add the Braggs liquid amino’s and rice vinegar

  6. Add ground ginger

  7. Add salt & pepper to taste

  8. Simmer for about 7 minutes

Recipe Notes

*  You can use a frozen coleslaw mix for the cabbage/carrots mix instead of chopping it up yourself
